"Salad" with Rygeost*, asparagus, tarragon, hazelnut. (*Rygeost is a smoked Danish cheese.)

 Cod with king oyster mushroom, leek and nettle bouillon.

 Kroppkakor* with crab, fennel and crushed prawn crackers. (*Traditional Swedish potato dumpling.)

Flank steak with four types of onions and watercress. 

Pollock with blackbean sauce and Chinese cabbage. 

Pulled pork with shimeiji mushrooms and barbecue sauce.
