Our Secret Booster

No more outdoor activities now since the weather has been nothing but hot hot hot!

Many people have gone sick during the weather change, especially the school children. We have been blessed in our household (knock on wood) as so far, no one really has gone down. Of course, having typed this, someone will...it is just how the luck goes.

These days we do have a little secret that helps to keep up our health - it's called Manuka Honey. Our ped highly recommended this special honey from New Zealand(his home nation.)

Mikael and Gemma would take their spoonful of honey every morning before they leave home. I only take it when I feel that something is coming down. I recommend this honey for everyone, According to our ped, this honey can also be used to apply on wounds and cuts (minor ones). So write it on your shopping list - Manuka Honey from New Zealand. By the way, make sure you check that it's the honey from Manuka plants, not just any New Zealand honey.

Oskar hasn't had a poo for a week and is now having a really painful tummy. :-( Too bad that the wonder of Manuka honey is completely useless here. When can a baby start to eat honey?
