Escaping to Thailand

The heat in the UAE is becoming so unbearable. A day like today with 55 degrees in the day time and 47 degree in the night makes everyone wants to jump off his/her roof...

Having to stay indoors for the past month, finally comes our great getaway! We are escaping the Middle East and going to South Asia!

The first part of our travel schedule is to visit Thailand, and the rest of the vacation will be spent in Taipei with my folks and families.

As I am into my 17 weeks pregnancy, my nausea is over and the craving starts...I am missing so many dishes from home. This trip to Taipei will definitely be my special food feast!

The picture above was actually from our last getaway. We went to a local town called Ras Al Khaimah. The heat was so bad so we couldn't really be at the beach for long. I can't wait to see what it is like in Thailand.
