Christmas on its way
Still one month to the Christmas day, I already have an earful of Christmas songs. It's not avoidable, especially that I live in the hotel where I can just hear the music played in the air.
Gemma is excited about Santa. She's been told that if she behaves well, Santa would definitely flavour her some very nice presents. Yet, I am not sure if Mikael and I know what to give her at Christmas.
An English lady I met a few months ago during her stay in the hotel adored Gemma very much. When Gemma was sad that she lost her toy necklace in the elevator, the lady took off her own necklace and gave it to Gemma. A couple months after she returned to England, we also received a sweet teddy from her. And yesterday, she sent another package for Gemma as a Christmas present. It is very heartwarming...
I will be soon getting organized with all my shopping down in the SOUK(meaning the local market). This year, I am planning to buy presents with Arabian flavors...So there may be a genie in the bottle in the post for you. Or better yet, the package can just ride the magic carpet and fly itself to your doorstep - much more efficient than the governmental post offices for sure!
