Preparing for holiday

School is almost reaching the end of its term. Our vacation will start in early July and we will be going to London, Euro Disney and Sweden. There is still over a month of time before our vacation so I am preparing activities for Gemma while she stays at home. Even though we live in a hotel with nice recreational areas, but there's just little we can do outdoors as the weather is already way too hot.

I've bought two big tubs to put on the balcony and filled one with water. This afternoon as Mikael was free from work, we drove to a nearby sand dune to collect a few bags of sand to fill in the other tub. One of the plus point living in the desert, free sand.

I have also found some good activity books in the shops. She can also choose to print stuff from plenty of the kids' websites that I bookmarked.  With all the choices, she loves playing with her mate the most!
